There ia a lot of good food in Brazil.
Rice and beans similar to the Southern US.
Beef bar B Q called Churaço and delicious sandwiches and desserts.
They don't do sweet sauces on meats a Brazilian bar B Q is roasted meats and often fish car grilled.
The best of the fish is the Tambuqi which is a vegitarian fish that eats lemons and limes all it's life.
Talk about a firm white fish flesh with a natulal citrus flavor,you can't imagine it.
You have to try it.
Each reagion has a specialty.
The brazilian cheeses are great along with the candied desserts of fruits,veggies,and icecreams of both types. Sound odd ? Tasting is believing.
